These three inch versions of our entry level Staunton chess pieces represent amazing value and craftsmanship. Turned from selected boxwood, Golden Rosewood and single weighted. With generous felting on their bases and solid 'one piece' carving these pieces are perfect for years and years of chess playing. These pieces have been polished to a medium natural gloss by the same talented craftsmen responsible for some of the worlds highest quality chess sets.
These chess men will sit perfectly on any of our 15, or 16 inch chess boards. They are also available in a smaller and larger sizes of 2.5 inches and 3.25 inches.
