Mysterious and mythical compact Isle of Lewis chess pieces presented on a Spanish made Walnut and Maple board. The original Isle of Lewis chess pieces we discovered on the sandy bay of this North Scottish island almost 200 years ago. Today, the original set is on display in the Scottish & British museums. These Lewis style chess pieces are made from a stone composite and exhibit very authentic detailing for their small stature. The pieces are supplied in a presentation box, which features individual compartments and a parchment detailing the full history of the Isle of Lewis Chessmen.
