Maghreb Brass and Walnut Traditional Chess Set

Beautifully constructed Walnut and Maple veneer chess cabinet with lift off lid and chess piece storage. Crafted in Italy, this chess cabinet is manufactured to exacting standards in quality and design. Finished in a rich satin lacquer, the cabinet manages to mix the contemporary with the traditional to create a stunning chess showpiece that will provide years of enjoyable chess playing. The moulded edges of the cabinet are finished in a dark brown with gray flocked underneath to protect any table surfaces. The bundle is completed with our ornate Brass chessmen from the Maghreb series. Brass and Nickel plated Brass cast, finished by hand and beautifully figured, these chess pieces are tall, heavy, distinctive and offer something different over standard wooden pieces.
