Our Sandringham Tres Corone 2.5 inch chessmen fashioned in three graded hardwoods; Red Sandalwood, Ebony and Boxwood matched with this beautiful Italian chess board finished in Olive Erable burl and Maple.

This mesmerising Erable board in dark olive is coated in a very high gloss lacquer which promotes the wood grain and knotting of the burl to something quite magical. The inlaid veneer squares are bordered with a thin veneer of Redwood that sections of the playing area from the edge. The underside of the board features a lacquered wooden veneer and has felting pads to protect surfaces underneath.
