Shipping Schedules

Our target is to ship all orders on the day they are received. Orders placed before 2:30pm will be shipped that day. Orders that come in after 2.30pm will be shipped the following working day. We ship orders Monday to Friday. All orders received on the weekend will be shipped the following Monday excluding bank holidays.
All Orders over £75.00 that are Dispatched to UK addresses will qualify for FREE SHIPPING too!

Shipping Services

Your order will be shipped using FedEx UK next working day courier (excludes Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays) or Royal Mail first class post. All orders are shipped securely and fully insured by us. In the event of lost or damaged orders it is we, not you, who bear full responsibility for sorting things out and getting a resolution as quickly as possible.

If your order arrives damaged or the goods are faulty we will arrange to have your order collected and a replacament delivered as soon as possible. All orders, large and small are covered by this policy. Damaged consignments must be reported immediately.

If you change your mind...
For up to 30 days after your original purchase you are welcome to change your mind and return the goods to us for a refund or exchange. Under these circumstances you will be required to return the goods to us in the same condition they arrived in.
