Shipping Schedules
Orders placed before 3:30pm will be shipped same day. Orders placed after 3.30pm will be shipped the following working day. We ship orders Monday to Friday. All orders received on the weekend will be shipped the following Monday excluding bank holidays. You can choose between the UK free shipping option, or our express guaranteed next working day delivery service.
Shipping Services
UK orders will be shipped using either FedEx UK or Royal Mail. All orders are shipped securely and fully insured by us. In the event of lost or damaged orders it is we, not you, who bear full responsibility for sorting things out and getting a resolution as quickly as possible.
Express Shipping Option
Orders received before 3.30pm that have selected Express Courier Shipping will be placed on a Guaranteed Next Day Service. This guarantee covers UK mainland only and excludes British islands and some areas of the Scottish Higlands. Shipping to Ireland & the rest of Europe
We offer very competitive shipping rates to the Republic of Ireland mainland Europe. With our Interlink Express Courier option we can usually ship to Ireland within 48 hours from dispatch and the rest of Europe within 3 to 4 days.

We can ship our products to almost every country in the world. We have secured highly competitive shipping rates to the USA, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and beyond. Shipping to these destinations can take place in under ten days from the time of order. All orders are sent using secure, tracked and insured courier services and will require a signature upon delivery. The cost of shipping depends on the weight and size of the product you order. If your order arrives damaged or the goods are faulty we will arrange to have your order collected and a replacment delivered as soon as possible. All orders, large and small are covered by this policy. Damaged consignments must be reported immediately.
If you change your mind...
For up to 30 days after your original purchase you are welcome to change your mind and return the goods to us for a refund or exchange. Under these circumstances you will be required to return the goods to us in the same condition they arrived in.
