Every single product supplied by the Regency Chess Company is backed by a rock solid twenty four month warranty valid from the original date of purchase. This means that your chess product is guaranteed fault free for two years. The warranty is transferrable from owner to owner. Original proof of purchase is required to validate warranty claims.
Our two year warranty covers the following faults,
In the unlikely event that the following should occur :-
Discoloration of chess pieces.Cracking of chess pieces.
Movement of internal weights within a chess piece.
Warping of chess boards.
Broken hinges.
Broken clasps.
Failed glue joins.
You are entitled to return the chess set to us where it will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
The following circumstances are not covered by our warranty :-
Loss or damage of chess pieces.Deliberate damage or mutilation of chess pieces.
Deliberate damage or mutilation of chess boards.
Accidental damage or mutilation of chess pieces.
Accidental damage or mutilation of chess boards.
Warping due to exposure to extremes of temperature.
Damage to lacquer caused by misuse of inappropriate cleaning/polishing agents.
Theft of chess pieces / board.
The warranty is in addition to our 30 day money back guarantee that is available on all products purchased from the website. Your Statutory rights remain unaffected by both our 30 days money back guarantee and our two year warranty.
