This is a very solid box, the wood is quite thick and weighty, not like the usual thin balsa wood type boxes i've had before. It is finished to a high standard with a satin finish and smooth joints. My 3.75 inch pieces fit it perfectly and keeps my investment safe and sound. Recommended purchase.
