This is an exquisitely detailed, tournament size Staunton chess set in exotic rosewood and boxwood. Each piece is carved or turned by hand, carefully polished, weighted and balanced to perfection. The grain of the rosewood is distinctive and full of character and looks truly stunning when displayed on a dark chess board. This set is presented in Regency Chess Company branded packaging.

"Overall A good product. Nicely carved and weighted chess pieces. Beautiful Knight. Very pleased. A minor issue. In one or two pieces some excess dried glue can be seen sticking out between the felt and the base of the chess pieces. But as I said, a minor problem and I have successfully removed the excess dried glue."
