These are elegant and imposing pieces with a lovely colour and a real presence on a board, whether it's 48 or 50 mm squares. They look bigger than other sets (I own 7) because of their design; the bishops are particularly fine, as is the King and the pawns. I love them. They are also very good value when compared to other premium sets. A fine set to play serious chess.
