The Leningrad Acacia and Walnut Chess Set

There was no written description for this set, so my decision was based solely on the photos. I made the right choice. The board is quite plain, but very smooth and good quality. I would prefer a slightly smaller board for this set, but that's just me.

The pieces are nicely weighted and I like the detailed carving, especially on the knights. Extra queens are included, which was a nice surprise as they were not shown in the pictures. Package was delivered within a week to Finland and everything was carefully wrapped in bubble wrap - each peace in individual wrapping. Even the £20 postage seems reasonable in comparison to competitors. I am fully satisfied with the set and the service.
