The Regency Chess Isle of Lewis Official Chessmen - Medium Size 2.75 inch

A gorgeous set! Pieces are much faithful to the original ones owned by the NMS (National Museum of Scotland). The slightly scaled down size enables using a size 4 chessboard (4x4cm squares), the king's throne being 38mm large. Pieces are heavy enough and conveniently felted. I fall in love with the rook (warder) represented by a berserker showing a hallucinated stare and biting his shield. Nevertheless, each and every piece is definitely nice, with a decent amount of details. Packaging was careful, each chessman well protected. 100% recommendation!
