An outstanding chess set of the finest calibre.
I ordered the Sentinel Grand Ebony combo, a beautiful Staunton design expertly crafted. The product arrived right on time exactly as expected and the customer service I received was simply brilliant.

I had a query regarding a suitable storage case for my set, when I called Paula very helpfully tested some fits for me and updated the website to reflect the findings.

After one of the pieces was damaged (completely user error negligence)
They even sent me a replacement piece free of charge, really great service and a kind response.
