This is an exquisite set - the board is professional and minimalistic in it's build, weight, and appearance, and the pieces are superbly crafted with intricate detail. Each piece is itself perfectly weighted, and there is something very satisfactory in the landing of the felt bottom against the wooden board.

The set comes with a gorgeous travel box for your pieces, itself lined with the same high-quality felt that tightly lines the base of each piece. This allows the pieces to sit in the box rather securely with some grip, ensuring that they do not easily go skidding or flying around.

Lastly, might I thank the staff at Regency Chess for their excellent customer service and prompt delivery. One of my pieces arrived slightly damaged, and I contacted the staff immediately with picture evidence and a receipt of purchase. They were apologetic and sympathetic, and immediately rectified the problem by sending out a replacement for the damaged piece, without charge.
