All business to consumer transactions are covered by the distance selling regulations. Business to business transactions may be treated differently. If you are a film production company and wish to return goods that have been ordered online you will need to return them within 7 days instead of the 30 days we offer to general consumers. Goods MUST be returned in unopened original packaging, unmarked and unused. Goods returned that show evidence of being opened or used will be re shipped back to the production company and no refund issued.
If you are looking for a chess or backgammon set for a prop in a film please get in touch before ordering. We can offer help and advice to ensure the correct set is supplied and can potentially offer a loan service for this. We have already worked with a handful of film producers and supplied sets that have appeared in numerous pieces of film and TV. We are more than happy with work cooperatively with producers and props departments to ensure the right outcome.
