I needed to make a speedy order, so I contacted The Regency Chess Company and they made sure they looked out for my name/order and got it sent off that same afternoon. When they noted an item I had ordered was out of stock they upgraded me to ensure we got the order in time. Really good looking and well made board. Was really well protected in it's packaging and reached me in perfect condition. Was a fair price and complements the chess set I bought it for.

We ordered a travel chess set for our Grandson's birthday present to be sent direct to him. We were kept informed of delivery progress and it arrived - as hoped - the day before his birthday. Apparently it is as good as it appeared on the website and he is absolutely thrilled with it.
