The Hancock Striped Staunton Chessmen are unmistakably unique. Each ornament has a swirling rosewood pattern that sets these luxury chess pieces apart.

The 4 inch king is hand turned and then intricately carved by the world's finest craftsmen, as are his faithful subjects. Both knights bare fierce teeth and sport proud chests, giving them a full-bodied look.

The queen also has a coiled neck, while her classic Staunton shape adds to the majestic feel of both royal pieces. This nod to traditional design belies the extraordinary patterning of the Hancock Striped Chessmen.
