How big is this?

Product Description

In the hit Netflix series The Queens Gambit there is a pivotal scene where Beth plays against the Russian champion Vasily Borgov. In the scene they are shown playing chess on a dark board with a decorative border. In turns out that the production company used a Spanish made Rechapados Ferrer board from their existing catalogue. We have sourced these exact boards and are now offering them with our Antipodeon chessmen which are a Russian design very similar to those used in the film.

The chess pieces are solid rosewood and boxwood with a four inch king. The board is superb quality and not surprisingly has become a huge seller since the series went viral.
