Product Description

Superbly constructed solid Sheesham (Golden Rosewood) chess piece cabinet. This cabinet has a large padded & flocked compartment inside to protect the pieces and uses a traditional style sliding top lid. The lid features a sprung ball bearing mechanism which ensures the lid remains in place whilst carrying. Suitable for standard base pieces up to 3 inches in height. Larger sizes can be accommodated but will require placing pieces on top of each other - Maximum size 4 inches.

Please note that when the chessmen are placed in the box it is normal and intentional for them to lay down on top of each other. They are NOT intended to stand up inside the box.
